India to offer visa-on-arrival facility

Depending your country of origin, you might now be able to collect your Indian visa on arrival in India. At the moment, 8 countries are excluded – Sri Lanka, Somalia, Sudan, Nigeria, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan.

You can get a tourist visa with permit for single entry for a period of 30 days. Currently the facility is available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata airports and likely to grow in future.

India's visa overhaul aims to boost tourism with this move, which is welcomed by people all over the world.

A first look at Mumbai’s Mono Rail

Here’s a first look at Mumbai’s Monorail that is set to open on Feb 02, 2014. In the first phase, it will operate between Wadala and Chembur with a capacity of approximately 560 passengers. Trains will run at an interval of 15 mins.
